Ancão

More than spaces, we are invested in revitalizing ecosystems.
Between Quinta do Lago and Vale do Lobo, overlooking Anvão Beach, this project covers 60 hectares of unique forest area. Pine forest recovery is a priority, with actions such as deforestation and clearing, all part of a Forest Management Plan (PGF) since 2021. AM48 values biodiversity with initiatives such as tree densification, introduction of native species, creation of trails and spaces for birdwatching, and recovery of cliffs. With the addition of aromatic and shrub species, the project offers an immersive sensory experience. The priority is also the preservation of fauna and flora, creating animal shelters, reducing invasive species and combating erosion and fires, always focusing on sustainable forest management.

Project Outline
THE HOUSE THAT WE ALSO WANT TO DESIGN FOR NATURE.
Before transforming, it is necessary to understand what makes each place unique - to observe, to listen and, only then, to do it differently. Designing housing extends beyond the buildings we developed: it involves protecting and enriching biodiversity. ️ ️ We plan and are involved in the rehabilitation and enrichment of the environment, with the planting of trees, the creation of new nests and shelters, and the integration of sustainable and protected spaces for the fauna and flora that make this region their habitat.
Living
Forest Recovery and Preservation
The recovery and preservation of forest areas are priorities in our project, with continuous actions to maintain and improve local ecosystems. We focus on protecting biodiversity, implementing sustainable practices that guarantee the recovery of fauna and flora, the maintenance of natural habitats, and the creation of spaces for wildlife. Our commitment goes beyond simple preservation: we seek to create environments that favor the harmonious integration between man and nature.
