From a long-planted idea, a concept for the future flourishes.
The solemn inauguration of the original project from the 60s was attended by Admiral Américo Thomaz, then President of the Republic. This event officially marked the beginning of a new era for the community, giving life to the garden city project and reinforcing the importance of this innovative urban space. The AM48 Group operates under license and is regulated by the Securities Market Commission (CMVM). The Group's companies manage assets of various classes throughout their investment cycle, using Real Estate Investment Companies (SICs) to structure and optimize operations.
