Ethula is the residential building that reflects a personalization of line and color and one of those that gives life to a new sustainable ecosystem
AM48 participated as a developer in the purchase of the project, concept and project development, licensing, and subsequent sale of the project to another developer. Egretta Thula, the Little White Heron, lives in the Aveiro estuary. With white feathers and a slender silhouette, it settles in coastal areas and shallow waters and gives life to the city's fauna. Due to its characteristics, it lends its name to the project, which is also white and unique.

The project focuses on clean lines and innovative design, creating apartments that combine comfort, style and functionality. With spacious and well-lit interiors, Ethula was designed for those who appreciate the balance between urban sophistication and the tranquility of living close to nature.
