António de Oliveira Barroso was a prominent figure in the original garden-city project. As a topographer, he helped shape the initial concept, ensuring that the spatial planning respected the terrain's topography and geography. His work was essential in bringing a visionary idea to life, allowing the urban design to integrate harmoniously with the landscape. OLIVEIRA is an innovative development consisting of 2 residential and commercial buildings, offering a total of 76 apartments from T1 to T4. With terraces, balconies, private parking and storage, the project was designed to provide comfort, functionality and quality of life. The AM48 Group operates under license and is regulated by the Securities Market Commission (CMVM). The Group's companies manage assets of various classes throughout their investment cycle, using Real Estate Investment Companies (SICs) to structure and optimize operations.
