In 2012, AM48's first investments began, thus beginning the mission of contributing to the creation of a new world.

2012

Creation of the AM48 brand, with the leit motiv of going BEYOND THE OBVIOUS.

2013

Launch of AM48's first real estate project, ÓPERA LX, the first luxury residential building to be requalified on Avenida da Liberdade, in Lisbon.

2014

Launch of FOCUS LX, a project in the heart of the city of Lisbon, pioneered by its lofts and penthouses with swimming pools.

2015

Inauguration and award of ÓPERA LX, by SIL, Construir and Magazine Imobiliário, with the award for the best residential urban rehabilitation building.

2015

Beginning of an institutional partnership with the INTERNATIONAL CLUB OF PORTUGAL as official gold sponsors.

Launch of THE BOULEVARD, a landmark rehabilitation project at Praça dos Restauradores in Lisbon.
