The Plantium is the building that, in harmony with nature, creates a unique environment in the city
It is one of the residential buildings that gives life to the new sustainable ecosystem, Foz de Prata, which merges the biodiversity, culture and tradition of Aveiro. It derives from Plankton, a group of beings that live suspended in the aquatic environment, namely in the Lagoons, responsible for the primary productivity in these ecosystems, a peculiarity that adapts to the project. The AM48 Group operates under a license and regulated by the Securities Market Commission (CMVM). The Group's companies manage assets in various classes throughout their investment cycle, using Real Estate Investment Companies (SICs) to structure and optimize operations.
