The ÓPERA LX Building, at 236 Avenida da Liberdade in Lisbon, dates back to the 19th century. XIX, a distinctive building on Avenida. A pioneer in the transformation of Avenida da Liberdade into a luxury residential area, it has two facades, two sides of a unique building: one facade Avenida da Liberdade and the other facing Rua Rodrigues Sampaio. The rehabilitation of the Building excelled in respecting and preserving the present architectural concepts and elements, such as the original facade and volume, focusing on noble materials and root solutions.
