Foz de Prata is the first development in the country with LEED - Neighborhood Development certification, standing out for its sustainability and extensive green areas. With systems that promote energy savings and garden roofs, the project harmonizes urbanity and nature, creating an innovative and sustainable urban model. The 11 buildings combine unique architecture and a proposal that prioritizes residents' comfort, health and quality of life.
