Frois Duarte performs functions of Chief Financial Officer for several years in various groups such as: Sonae industria SGPS; Plamac SA and JJ Louro SGPS SA. Is holder of two academic degrees in business management and Marketing and consumption. Professional certificate-older No. 9537 economists and accountants certified order No. 6985.
Luís Francisco joined AM 48 in October 2015, as Chief Development Office (CDO) and has more than 20 years' experience in different real estate developments, project management and construction roles, including concept, coordination and development. Luís received an undergraduate Architectural degree from Faculdade de Arquitetura da Universidade Técnica de Lisboa (Portugal) and has his Master's degree in Housing from Faculdade de Arquitetura.
Sales & Marketing
João Ferreira has more than 20 years of experience in the Real Estate market. With a degree in Marketing Management, before joining AM48, João was director at several international companies such as Abacus/Savills, AICEP Global Parques ( before API Parques ), DTZ, Portugal's Office head at Engel & Völkers Commercal and GNBGA ( before ESAF ) to lead the commercial area of closed funds.

Portugal named Europe’s leading travel destination for 2017
Portugal wins big at World Travel Awards Europe 2017 as it has been named the continent’s leading travel destination at an industry event last September 30.
Along with snagging one of the most coveted awards at the World Travel Awards Europe gala in St. Petersburg, Portugal’s Madeira was named the leading island destination for the continent, and The Algarve Europe’s best beach destination.
Winners of the World Travel Awards are based the votes of travel professionals, industry leaders and consumer travelers.
